I am an extremely picky owner of 2 cocker spaniels. One is old and deaf (15) and the other has a great deal of health isues, including luxating patella, is hypo-thyroid and has raging skin condition.
I have been to a LOT of groomers, some good and some bad. My dogs have sometimes been caged for up to 8 hours and have come home stressed to the max.
I can not say enough good things about Northern Paws. They are thorough, loving, careful and concerned about my dogs and give them lots of love while they are there. I am pleased to say that I only have to leave them for about 2 hours and they look wonderful when they are done. The most important thing to me is that when I get my dogs back they have the same happy disposition as they had when they entered the spa and they are not afraid to go there.
